Hospital Rooms & Services
Air conditioned, Luxury and Non A/C rooms are available with very moderate pricing. This includes complimentary meals, bottled water, Tea/coffee.
The rooms are very clean and hygienically to the best of standards. Luxury rooms are with Dialog TV, Linen, Tea/Coffee, Complimentary Bottled water, Hot and cold water, hand shower, toiletries, additional furniture, meals etc…
Maternity Rooms
Special Maternity rooms, comprising large in area with many facilities right near the Nursing station is available.
Nursing services
For your safety and convenience, a nursing call Bell will be available by your bed, connecting you to our nursing staff 24 hours a day. Should you require any assistance, our team of nurses and healthcare assistants will be happy to attend to you. Our Home care Nursing services are available under experienced Matron and senior Nurses.
Admission Guide
Welcome to Kelani valley Hospital
Your doctor or the clinic staff will have made the necessary reservations for your admission and guided you to the Hospital to complete your pre-admission registration and undergo financial counseling so that you understand how the payment process works and what you can expect to pay.
On the day of your admission, you may arrive at the hospital before your procedure time.
However, if your Doctor has informed you that you will need blood on standby for surgery, you must check into the hospital one day before your surgery date, or as per your Doctor’s advice.
When you arrive at the hospital, proceed directly to the Reception desk. Once there, one of our nurses will process your check-in. If you are unsure of where to go, the Staff at the Reception will be pleased to assist you.
Your nurse will need the following things from you to complete your admission.
- Your doctor’s referral letter
- Identity card/passport
- Any medical benefits card or letter of guarantee from your insurance company/employer (only applicable for companies that have credit arrangements with the hospital)
Basic toiletries, towels. You will need to bring other personal toiletries eg. Toothbrush and shaving kit.
24-Hour Emergency and Outpatient care, 24hrs OPD services provided by qualified and experience medical officers from the state hospitals.
